What is Starlight Intelligence?
Starlight Intelligence is an AI systems project led by Frank Riemer in Amsterdam, building portable memory, agent workflows and human-governed intelligence systems.
Keep the thinking that matters.
A useful agent session can end with a beautiful result and a terrible handoff: the decisions, sources and context disappear into one tool. Starlight starts with a different requirement. Your knowledge should remain useful when the session ends, the model changes or another person joins the work.
We are building around portable memory, clear agent responsibilities, evidence and human decisions. The public foundation is the Starlight Intelligence System. The Starlight Intelligence Protocol describes the contracts. This website is where you explore the product, edit context in Memory Studio and inspect workflows.
The person behind the project
Frank Riemer, also known as FrankX, leads Starlight from Amsterdam. His work connects AI architecture, creative practice and systems people can inspect and carry with them. The ambition reaches beyond a company dashboard: intelligence that supports a person's work, learning, craft and wider life, with separate permissions and evidence for each domain.
That is a direction for development. A published agent profile, illustration or architecture diagram does not establish a working autonomous service. Each product surface states its own availability.

What you can explore today
Edit portable context in Memory Studio, read the public developer contracts, inspect released source and licences, or start with your own coding agent. Specific runtime integrations need their own compatibility checks; source availability alone does not prove a production installation.
Build something worth passing on.
Starlight is an invitation to build useful intelligence together. Contribute a reproducible fix, teach a working pattern, create an application or share a result another builder can inspect. The community entry point explains where to begin and the proposed model for independent businesses around the foundation.
