Starlight Intelligence open source

Explore the Starlight Intelligence System, Agentic Creator OS and MCP Doctor: public source, explicit licences and useful ways to contribute.

These repositories are public under the licences linked below, checked on 6 October 2026. They are maintained under Frank Riemer's GitHub account. This directory deliberately lists a small set of inspectable foundations; it does not label every Starlight product or asset open source.

Starlight foundation · MIT

Starlight Intelligence System

The reference source for the intelligence protocol, memory interfaces, agent definitions and governance contracts. Start with the README and setup documentation; check the current release and host prerequisites before running it.

Agentic Creator OS

Reusable skills, commands, agent profiles and installation tooling for creative workflows. Its source distribution and generated platform contexts have different verification boundaries. Inspect the dry-run and profile instructions first.

MCP Doctor

Configuration inspection and MCP server diagnostics. Its README distinguishes a quick configuration audit from a live handshake and tool-surface checks. Choose the check that matches the question you need answered.

Choose a small contribution with a clear result.

A corrected setup instruction, a failing test with a repair, a documented adapter or a reproducible example can save another builder hours. Read the repository's contribution instructions, describe the expected result and include the exact revision and environment. Use synthetic inputs in public reports.

Interoperability you can check

Model Context Protocol provides a standard interface for context and tools. The Starlight protocol adds its own file, provenance and responsibility conventions. A common interface makes an adapter possible; a named host, protocol version and end-to-end check establish what actually works.

Our shared-memory architecture note explains how canonical knowledge, host instructions, tool access and review fit together. The developer page documents this website's bounded interfaces.

Your business can build on the foundation.

Read the applicable licence and any package-level notices when reusing source. Code, brand marks, authored worlds and private data have distinct rights. The community proposal describes how independent builders can create products and accountable services around the released foundation without surrendering their customer relationships.

Public source is an invitation to inspect and contribute. It is not a claim that every adapter, agent definition or hosted service has passed production acceptance.
