Starlight Constellation · Workflow Story Atlas · v1

See the work move.

Ten workflows. Fifty identities. Every handoff visible. This is where an agent stops being a portrait and becomes an accountable part of a system.

Five Sovereign Command agents coordinating around one shared evidence table
System viewidentity → artifact → handoff → gate

Responsibility grammar

The three-second test.

Color and costume help recognition. They do not explain responsibility. The scalable system pairs a stable portrait with exact operational evidence.

If one of these six layers is missing, the visitor must guess—and a multi-agent system should never make people guess about ownership or authority.

  1. 01

    Address

Stable code plus plain role title. The code locates the identity; it never grants authority.

  2. 02

    Instrument

One exclusive instrument makes the specialty recognizable before a visitor reads the dossier.

  3. 03

    Transformation

Every stage shows input → action → named artifact, not a vague capability cloud.

  4. 04

    Route

The next recipient is named. Only the active path is drawn; inactive edges remain in the dossier.

  5. 05

    Temperament

A short behavioral cue explains how the agent works under pressure, ambiguity, or disagreement.

  6. 06

    Boundary

Stop, escalation, and human authority are visible at the point where they matter.

Accepted action-scene test · FOR-01—FOR-04

Read the work before the labels.

The image carries the material story. The web layer carries exact language, codes, state, and accessibility—so we never ask a generator to typeset system truth.

Tier B generated-owned · inspected 29/30 · production gate remains human-held

Nova passes source specimens to Tess, who transforms them into a system contract and sealed build packet while Rivet waits behind a closed production threshold and Ignis coordinates

  3. FOR-01Ignis · Coordinatebounded product bet
  4. FOR-04Rivet · Buildwaits behind release gate
  5. HHuman · Authorizeamber production key

One grammar · multiple visual modes

Change the composition, not the truth.

Workflow scenes explain movement. Human-gate portraits explain authority. The house palette and instruments change, but identity, artifact, recipient, and boundary stay stable.

This lets the constellation scale without becoming fifty copies of the same hero shot.

Atlas sources a signal, Verity terminates an unsupported branch, Soren synthesizes supported evidence, and Delta preserves forecast uncertainty
INT-02—INT-05 · Evidence routesource → audit → synthesis → challenge28 / 30 · uncertainty remains visible
Beacon, Aegis, and Cipher prepare a bounded incident packet while a human operator holds the only authority key
TRU-01 · TRU-03 · TRU-05 · Human gateassess → minimize → prepare → authorize29 / 30 · response stays human-controlled

Adopt the structure. Keep the key.

Your swarm should be legible before it becomes powerful.

Start with a mission, profile the smallest useful team, name every artifact and handoff, then make authority, evidence, and evolution observable.

These workflows explain responsibilities, artifacts, handoffs, and human gates. They do not represent live autonomous execution or grant runtime authority.
