Deterministic transaction compiler / SJI-0.1
Compile the deal before negotiating it.
This instrument does not forecast savings or manufacture ROI. It computes the minimum value gate, selects the least-entangling deal class and returns the approvals, infrastructure position, evidence and stop rule required before capital moves.
Interpretation
The output is an underwriting brief, not a promise.
- STOP
- The current evidence cannot justify the chosen pilot ceiling and payback. Reduce scope or improve the baseline before procurement.
- PROVE
- The deal is plausible but still depends on unverified value. Approve Value Architecture only; keep hardware and financing conditional.
- SCALE
- Existing evidence clears the minimum gate. The transaction may proceed to counsel, technical due diligence and a bounded pilot approval.
What the compiler refuses to infer
Tax treatment, creditworthiness, corporate benefit, transfer pricing, employment status, regulated-sector obligations and the validity of any legal document. These remain owned by the relevant professional and signatory.
