Growth work with visible human authority.
Research, produce, prepare, and learn from founder-led growth work with visible human authority.
Package contract
The agency is in the graph.
Five bounded missions transfer evidence instead of conversational memory. Every transition has a named artifact, a pass condition, and a human gate. Roles are replaceable; the operating contract survives.
- 01
Signal intelligence
Turn a bounded source packet into a cited opportunity brief.
Human gate · The operator approves the source boundary and selects the opportunity. - 02
Editorial production
Convert an approved signal into a channel-ready narrative system.
Human gate · The operator approves claims and the final narrative direction. - 03
Visual studio
Direct a coherent visual set from an approved editorial spine.
Human gate · The operator approves references and the publish candidate. - 04
Distribution preparation
Prepare reversible, platform-specific release packets.
Human gate · External publishing, scheduling, and account access remain human-only. - 05
Performance learning
Turn observed results into a bounded learning update.
Human gate · The operator decides whether a pattern is promoted into durable memory.
Publish or schedule external content · Connect or change account credentials · Approve public claims, budgets, or irreversible actions. The package may draft, propose, and verify; it does not silently cross those lines.
Portable distribution
One core. Host-specific truth.
The Agent Skill is the portable capability. Adapter source exists for Codex, Claude, Grok, OpenClaw, Hermes, Antigravity, and MCP, but it remains private and review-only. A local manifest is not a public artifact, verified host install, or marketplace listing.
| Runtime | Path | Public artifact | Host verified | What is true now |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Codex | native Repository plugin + Agent Skills | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | Codex adapter source exists in the private release repository. No public archive or marketplace source is distributed yet; this path is review-only. |
| Claude Code | native Claude marketplace adapter | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | Claude marketplace source exists in the private release repository. No public marketplace source is distributed yet; this path is review-only. |
| Grok | compatible Claude-compatible skill bundle | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | A Grok adapter recipe exists in private source. No public bundle is distributed and no host smoke test is recorded; this path is review-only. |
| OpenClaw | compatible Codex / Claude bundle discovery | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | An OpenClaw compatibility recipe exists in private source. No public bundle is distributed and runtime-specific tool wiring remains unverified. |
| Hermes Agent | guided Profile distribution recipe | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | A Hermes profile recipe exists in private source. No public distribution is available; secrets, memory, and sessions are never bundled. |
| Antigravity | guided Native plugin staging adapter | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | An Antigravity staging adapter exists in private source. No public distribution or host-install receipt exists; this path is review-only. |
| Generic MCP client | planned Read-only remote MCP handler | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | The handler is deployed and protocol-smoke-tested on the PR preview. Production activation and a public client bundle remain pending. |
| A2A | planned Future Agent Card | Not publicly distributed | Not yet | Planned only. An Agent Card ships after an independently deployed agent exists. |
Stewardship
Roles, criteria, and recovery travel together.
The runtime may change, but the operator still needs to know who proposes, who verifies, what passes, and how to roll back.
Builds the cited signal ledger and counter-signal note.
Shapes the editorial spine and channel variants.
Creates visual briefs and reviewable prompt packets.
Checks claims, evidence, permissions, and stop conditions.
Traceability
Every material claim maps to an approved source and date.
Message coherence
Audience, problem, offer, proof, and action form one coherent narrative.
Rights and provenance
Editorial and visual inputs carry provenance and allowed-use evidence.
Authority compliance
External side effects remain blocked until the named human approves.
Measurement readiness
Success signals, instrumentation, and decision thresholds exist before launch.
